Lead Advisor

Responsible for managing existing client relationships and formulating and implementing planning and investment advice, nurture a relationship with new clients, and work with and/or supervise other staff in client service delivery.

Qualifications include minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with a demonstrated ability to nurture and manage client relationships, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; CFP® designation (preferred), Series 65, proficiency in planning and investment software, Office products.

Operations Manager

Responsible for managing the daily activities within the operations department, which include investment trading, billing, reporting, manage new account opening process, client requests (wire, ACH), create/continually improve office procedures, and manage general office operations and systems.

Qualifications include minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment management and/or financial advisory service operations, Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics, proficient with software and Office products.

Senior Tax Preparer

Responsible for tax return data input verification and preparation of returns, review returns prepared by others, assist with year end tax planning, conducting research on tax questions related to client returns, conferring with clients and co-workers on tax questions.

Qualifications include degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred, minimum 3 years experience in tax preparation, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving skills, willingness to work hours needed to complete tasks assigned. Experience with Quickbooks, and the Creative Solutions product suite is a plus; experience with fiduciary and estate tax returns is a plus.
